She/Her/Hers

My passion for holistic wellbeing began at a young age, after seeing a loved one struggle with their mental health. This led me to volunteer and work in a variety of medical settings where I was able to help those in need. It's so rewarding to see someone heal over the course of therapy, and it's a privilege to be a part of such impactful work.

While I went to medical school with an interest in psychiatry, I realized in my fourth year that non-medication treatment options and prevention for mental illness aligned more with my interests. I’ve since worked in emergency care, hospice centers, and specialized treatment clinics, as well as provided grief and bereavement support at the Children's Cancer Association.

As I continued to work and volunteer in crisis care, I saw a great need for preventative services like therapy to keep people's symptoms from reaching the level of crisis in the first place! I began looking for a clinic with a more psychotherapy-intensive focus—and I found Aspire Psychology to be a perfect fit. Here, our patients are treated as people, not numbers, and I love the personalized care we are able to provide through a holistic approach to health.

In addition to my work at Aspire, I currently serve on the young professionals board at the Children's Cancer Association. In my free time I enjoy cooking, yoga, and spending time with loved ones—including my feisty Chihuahua, Mallory!
