As both a psychiatric nurse practitioner and former pharmacist, I approach patient care from a unique lens, strategically blending elements of psychopharmacology with psychotherapy to foster healing, restore mind-body balance, and inspire self-compassion. My approach is holistic, evidence-based, and intersectional—informed by a genuine understanding of the multiple identities and sociocultural contexts that shape each human’s lived experience.
Working from an anti-oppressive framework, I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for all who enter my door.
I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a master’s degree in nursing from Vanderbilt University. I also completed a Doctor of Pharmacy degree along with a minor in psychology from Purdue University. I have experience working with patients across the lifespan in both inpatient and outpatient settings as a pharmacist and a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, though I have a specific interest in working with college students and young adults.
In my free time, you might find me curled up with a good book nestled between my cats, practicing yoga, or playing tennis. I enjoy trying new restaurants as well as frequenting my neighborhood favorites. I also love exploring the world around me with my partner and my camera.
