Not accepting new patients.
I am passionate about helping people in our community get more of the support and care they need to heal and grow. This is why I was drawn to be a psychologist and why I was motivated to create Aspire.
As a therapist, I help patients understand themselves better — by collaboratively exploring their challenges, strengths and emotions as part of the process in becoming more fulfilled and more authentically themselves. In session with me, I aim to create safety. I’m warm, accepting and compassionate. I strive to understand you on a deeper level and to meet you where you are, as you are.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder of Aspire Psychology. I completed my master’s and doctoral degree in 2011 at Pacific University’s School of Professional Psychology. I completed my clinical internship and post-doctoral residency at Portland State University’s Center for Student Health and Counseling. Prior to that, I received a double major in Spanish and Economics from Loyola University, Chicago.
