  • We cannot accept any Medicaid, Medicare, or OHP plans even if you have coverage through one of our IN-NETWORK insurances

  • We will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursements if they confirm that you have out-of-network benefits.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept cash, credit cards, and HRA/HSA.
All new patients must have a credit card on file to hold appointments.
