Not Accepting New Patients

I spent 7 years running my private practice before founding Aspire Psychology in 2019. This expansion was driven by my desire to share what I created in a solo practice with a team of clinicians, helping more patients find the care they deserve.

After completing my undergrad at Loyola Chicago, I returned to my Portland hometown to earn my Master’s and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University. I couldn’t imagine building my practice anywhere else.

As the owner of Aspire, I envisioned a practice where streamlined systems and exceptional administrative support provide a foundation for a connected team of clinicians to focus on what they love doing, growing their careers without all the distracting stress of behind-the-scenes business details. Along the way, we’ve created a community of caregivers committed to helping our patients thrive.

In addition to leading our team, I also collaborate with patients to explore their authentic selves, understanding who they are, what they need, and how to heal. By developing meaningful relationships, I’m able to help both my patients and team members tap into their passions and personal strengths, creating the experiences they most want to have.

Today, I live in SW Portland with my best-friend-turned-husband and our cats Noni and Kona. While the LA Dodgers have my heart, I love sports of all kinds. (I was even in a cornhole league!) Outdoor therapy is the best thing for me, and you’ll often find me at the Oregon Coast or soaking up sunshine—even when I have to travel to find it.
