Jamie Zimmerman

PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR

She/Her/Hers

As the Practice Administrator at Aspire Psychology, I take a thoughtful and compassionate approach to supporting our clinicians and ensuring every patient feels welcomed and cared for. My many years of experience in the mental health field, especially in healthcare management, have helped me develop a deep understanding of both mental health and the healthcare system. This is central to my current role at Aspire Psychology. Here, I help oversee the daily operations of the clinic and assist with patient care coordination to make sure our team can focus on what truly matters—helping patients get the care they need.

My passion for mental health advocacy along with my own experiences as a foster parent and raising neurodivergent children, have deepened my understanding of how crucial trauma-informed care truly is. I want to help people get the best care possible, and I’m committed to creating an environment where patients feel heard and supported from their very first interaction with our team. Whether it’s assisting with scheduling, navigating insurance, answering questions, or working to improve the way we do things, I’m here to make the process as seamless as possible.

Curiosity and compassion guide everything I do, and I’m truly grateful to have the opportunity to be a source of support for both therapists and patients at Aspire Psychology.

When I’m not at Aspire, you’ll find me curled up in my comfy, cozy reading corner doing a deep dive into the communication styles of trees or preferred habits of mosses. I also love spending time outdoors, and I use photography as a mindfulness practice. I am forever seeking new adventures to surprise and entertain my spouse and my three kids–last minute day trips to the beach or exploring a park we have never been to are regular occurrences for the Zimmerman household. I have a theory that if a golden retriever could plan their own enrichment activities, it would look a lot like my life!

"It's my body, my cells, my skin, my heart, my breath; therefore, I will lovingly center it as the cite of my deepest freedom and care.”—Tricia Hersey
