PSYCHOLOGIST

With the right support, experiencing therapy has the potential to be extremely valuable–even life changing! But beginning that journey can often feel intimidating. My goal is to ease you in gently, establishing a warm and empathetic space where we can create comfort while working through personal struggles.
In addition to wanting to help people, I became a therapist because I am fascinated by the human condition. I received my bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and completed my master’s degree in psychology at American University in Washington, DC before moving to the west coast where I fell in love with the weather, the wine, and all the green!
I completed my master’s and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology at Pacific University in Portland. Meanwhile, my predoctoral internship and postdoctoral residency were completed at the Washington State University Student Counseling center in Pullman, WA. Shortly after, I joined Aspire Psychology, where I’ve gotten to watch my patients grow in confidence and joy
A more purposeful and rewarding life is possible! I view therapy as a collaborative process: you bring your own experiences and truth to the table, and I’ll provide psychological expertise to help you develop a deeper understanding of your unique life. With awareness and attention to your thought patterns and behaviors, we can create opportunities for both acceptance and change.
